Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the operational rules governing the running of the play centre are now subject to strict government guidelines. These guidelines have been designed to minimize the risk of spreading COVID 19 in our secure and safe environment. The guidelines are to protect our staff and customers.

When entering the play centre you must fully accept and agree to abide by the guidelines published by the government and in our risk assessment.

  • Customers are required to use hand sanitizer before entering the Centre and play frame. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their child’s hands are cleaned frequently
  • Customers temperatures will be taken before entering the play centre. If their temperature is 38c or above they will be unable to enter. If customers are unable to enter due to their temperature, they will be able to transfer their booking to another session.
  • Customers should not book for a greater number of households / people than is permitted in the local area and ensure they are abiding by the local and national restrictions.
  • Customers should remain with their group and practice social distancing from groups outside their own group.
  • Customers must not move tables.
  • Customers should check in using the nhs check and trace app
  • Customers who have any of the following covid-19 symptoms, or live with someone with covid-19, should not be visiting the play centre.
    • Recent onset of new continuous cough or
    • A high temperature or
    • A loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell
  • Adult customers and children aged 11 and over will be required to wear a face covering before entering and keep it on unless seated and eating / drinking at the table. Customers with a mask exemption should let staff know at reception.
  • Customers will be informed about the operational rules of the play centre when they arrive

Failure to follow the rules may result in you being asked to leave the play centre.
